Muscle Building Tips


It is no secret that building 6-packs is not an overnight process.  It takes hard work and quite a bit of time to build 6-packs.  There are some tricks and tips from professionals that can help you to get that 6-pack a little quicker, though.  By following these muscle building tips you can get to your goal quicker and with less of a chance for injury.

- Do your abdominal exercises first in your routine.  You will get the best work out and be less likely to lose the proper form by doing your abdominal exercises first.
 
- Use slow repetition, not fast.  This helps you to focus on using the correct muscles rather than using muscles other than the ones you are trying to work out.  You will be able to also avoid straining or injury by doing slow repetitions.

- Keep your muscles contracted throughout the work out.  This allows for tension and resistance that is needed for a really good work out.

- Do not over work your abdominal muscles.  Follow a proper routine to keep you free from injury.  You want to allow time between work outs for your abdominal muscles to rest.  The general rule is to allow two days of rest between work outs and never to work out injured muscles.
