Sobre todo en personas que sufren de trastornos gastrointestinales, como diarrea o descompostura estomacal, con altas dosis de creatina.

Personalmente, he descubierto que la mejor manera de ingerir la creatina es 15 minutos ANTES de ejercitarse, y DESPUES, del ejercicio, en un batido de proteínas y carbohidratos. Y como primera ingesta en la mañana en los días de descanso.</description>
