<p>The program takes three different levels of training. You start with a <a href="http://www.bodyoffire.org" target="_blank">conditioning program</a>, which mainly consists of cardio training. You then have a 29-week beginner or intermediate program and another 29 weeks Advanced Max Power workout program. This makes the program quite comprehensive and real. <p>Answer: No, 21 days is the exact timeframe needed to see a noticeable change in physique.  On the other hand, the program is not the “magic pill”.  Of course it is unrealistic to do ANY program for only 21 days.  The trick is to use the 21 day Fast Mass Building program as a quick start to get you going for the entire year, 6 months, the rest of your life etc.</p>

<p><big>First of all let&#8217;s take a look at a picture of a scrawnier looking Vince:</big></p>

<p><big>Vince was 6 feet tall and only 149 through out highschool.  He was the awkward Skinny Vinny in high school and kind of a pushover.  His awkardness forced him to find refuge in competitive long distance running, and that&#8217;s what kept him going during this tough times.  He did that up until age 22 when his college eligibility ran out.</big></p>
