So who is this Del Monte guy and what are his credentials?

First of all let’s take a look at a picture of a scrawnier looking Vince:

Vince was 6 feet tall and only 149 through out highschool.  He was the awkward Skinny Vinny in high school and kind of a pushover.  His awkardness forced him to find refuge in competitive long distance running, and that’s what kept him going during this tough times.  He did that up until age 22 when his college eligibility ran out.

College was tough, especially when he was surrounded by big muscular individuals who seemed to have everything he wanted: girls, strenght, respect, confidence…

And then one day he met a super built guy from his church who taught him the truth about building muscle.  Vince followed everything he was taught and literally transformed his body.    His social life changed, his identity shifted, and everything started to feel better.  And now he makes the same muscle building secrets available to other guys worldwide.
